Isaiah 60:2
For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.
There is a darkness that has come upon the earth and a gross darkness the people, UNLESS the lord takes over, it will consume us all.
So the song ”The Atmosphere ” evokes God’s presence in the place of total surrender.
